Changing a worker’s status is urgent: it protects both employer and worker from serious legal risks and penalties. An employer who hires a worker illegally can be fined 10,000 – 100,000 THB per worker, and repeat offenders face imprisonment and a ban of up to 3 years on hiring foreign workers, while the worker is fined and deported. Our service helps you complete the steps set by the Cabinet resolution and the Department of Employment announcements quickly, correctly and completely. We handle all the paperwork, from submitting the name list, the health check and health insurance through to the Certificate of Identity (CI) and the work permit, so your workers can work legally and receive their basic benefits.
